Clearing beliefs can be done many ways. The easiest for many is to imagine a white board or chalkboard with the limiting belief written on it. Next see your hand holding an eraser and simply erase the belief. It might help some of you to actually write the beliefs you want to clear on a piece of paper. Shred or rip up the paper afterwards with the intention of eliminating the beliefs.
To tap in or add beliefs simply tap on your temple or sternum as you are saying the new belief. This action activates the brain and allows new connections to be made.
